I love being an Owen Sound wedding photographer and fell in love intimate weddings when covid halted many of my couples plans in 2020. But in 2021, when I found out I was expecting our 4th baby, I surprised everyone when I pulled weddings out of my offerings completely. I knew I could no longer work 8+ hour wedding days with soon to be 4 little ones of my own at home. So I removed all my previous work off my website, portfolio and socials and focused on motherhood and family only.

But to my surprise, as covid eased and the world began to open up, inquiries for intimate weddings started to arrive in my inbox. Most of my couples wanted beautiful fine art film photography and were also happy with a short 3-5 hours of coverage. I was thrilled because I truly love wedding photography and intimate weddings provided the work/life balance I needed with my young family.

And so this past Canada Day, I enjoyed a sweet 3 hour wedding day with Cass, Gary, their daughters along with their amazing family and friends. Congratulations Cass and Gary!
