I tell my families that the “magic” doesn’t just happen. Thoughtful preparation, good light, styling and location scouting all come together to create it. But sometimes… every once in a while… something “truly magical” does actually happen. That was the case for this sweet family on their session day.

The morning I arrived at the Audette family farm, their property was covered in the most ethereal mist. It softened everything and cast a dreamy feel to the morning. The sun glowed through the haze while late summer apples were just getting big enough to pick and eat and the sunflowers were in full bloom.

With the backdrop deeply enchanting, meeting this sweet family of 6 was just as captivating as their beautiful property.
